Tav Malhotra, CLU
Financial solutions master and visionary. Tav worked on Bay St. for two decades at Prudential Assurance and HKMB. He cut his teeth structuring corporate insurance solutions for high net worth individuals. As his reputation for solving tax problems continued to rise, his career began to lack one thing – meaningful relationships with clients.
This laid the foundation for his own practice – Mansha Financial – in 2001. The vision for this firm was a holistic financial services solution for clients. A place that knows and treats clients like family, but can serve them with the proprietary advice they need.
Mansha’s portfolio consists of business owners, executives, and professionals – with over 250 high earning doctors, lawyers, and accountants. In recent years, Tav expanded into the sports arena, with a number of NHL and MLB players as clients as well. Most notably, he is committed to raising funds and awareness for youth financial literacy though the Tav Malhotra Golf Invitational, which raised $100,000 last year.
Tav earned his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in the late 90’s, which is the highest demonstration of his expertise in the areas of taxation and estate planning. Tav’s reputation has earned him a seat on the Million Dollar Roundtable of independent financial advisors worldwide.

In addition to running the firm, he quarterbacks its community endeavour to open opportunities for youth education on financial literacy as chair and co-founder of the Tav Malhotra Invitational.
