Tav Malhotra, CLU

Tav founded Mansha Financial in 2001. From humble beginnings, he started as a paperboy and taught himself finance at an early age. Today, he uses his life experience and knowledge to help his clients elevate their wealth. Prior to Mansha, Tav worked on Bay St. for two decades at Prudential Assurance and HKMB.


As he developed a reputation solving tax problems – using insurance – for high net worth individuals, he laid the foundation of his own practice. His portfolio at Mansha consists of business owners, executives, and. professionals – with over 250 high earning doctors, lawyers, and accountants. In recent years, he expanded into the sports arena, with a number of NHL and MLB players as clients as well. Tav earned his CLU designation in the late 90’s, which is the highest demonstration of his expertise in the areas of taxation and estate planning. Tav’s reputation has earned him a seat on the Million Dollar Roundtable of independent financial advisors world wide.

Jag Malhotra, BA

Jag started at Mansha Financial in 2016 working in the mailroom. He joined with a vision to scale his father’s insurance practice into a holistic financial services firm. Today, he oversees that firm’s business operations, marketing, and sports and entertainment division. Prior to Mansha, Jag ran his own marketing company.


His campaigns were featured in online publications and he was quickly acknowledged as a thought leader. In his TEDx talk in 2015, he spoke on an idea of collaboration that he later had the opportunity to implement at Mansha.

Working together for clients is not only embedded within the culture of the firm, it’s painted on the walls. His leadership involves empowering leaders throughout the organization to quarterbacking its corporate events and community investment. He aspires to parlay his abilities into running a basketball team one day. Jag went to the University of Waterloo where he received his BA in speech communication in 2015.

Frank Shahrokhi, BBA
Director, Group Benefits

Frank joined Mansha in January 2019 as the head of its benefits department. Prior to Mansha, Frank was a seniour group benefits consultant with Adminplex Resource Services, one of the biggest TPA firms in the GTA.


Frank was first exposed to group benefits at Cumberland Wealth Management, and soon after decided to make it his primary business focus . Six years later and his book is still growing. He began his career in the financial sector in Waterloo as an inside sales rep at Sun Life, where he worked for three years before moving back to Toronto. Frank graduated from Wilfred Laurier University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Economics and Financial Management.

Nina Chung, B.comm
Exectuive Assistant

Nina started at Mansha as the Executive Assistant in September 2019. Prior to Nina joining Mansha, she worked as EA to the former dean of the Rotman School of Business, Roger L. Martin.


Nina is an alumni of the Business Management program at Ryerson University, with 13+ years of experience in administrative support and customer service. Her proven ability to implement business strategies through team leadership and effective communication make her a pillar of the Mansha team.

Chantelle Hartle, BA BFA
Project Manager & Design Lead

Chantelle started at Mansha as the Content Creator in September 2018. Prior to Chantelle joining Mansha, she did freelance work at a number of local Toronto businesses doing video and digital content creation for various marketing campaigns.


Print design, digital illustration and animation are a few of her many talents which she brings to the design and aesthetic of the Mansha brand. Chantelle has a fine arts background with a BA in Art history from McMaster University and graduated from OCAD with a BFA in integrated Media in 2017.

Matthew Neubauer, BA
Brand Strategist

Matthew joined Mansha as a Brand Strategist in April 2019. Prior to joining Mansha, Matthew did freelance work for a number of brands as a photographer and digital marketing consultant.


Art Direction, Photography and Videography are some of the many creative skills Matthew brings to the table. Matthew also has a strong marketing background, having completed a post graduate diploma in Sport and Event Marketing from George Brown, as well as a Digital Marketing Management certificate from U of T. Prior to his marketing studies, Matthew graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours BA in Kinesiology.
